The Spanish laminate-flooring manufacturer Industrias Auxiliares Faus and associate company Andrés Faus filed for bankruptcy on 24 February 2012 at the commercial court in Valencia. The Valencia lawyer Vicente Rodriguez Esparza was appointed as provisional administrator. Creditors of the two Faus companies were subsequently called upon to make claims for their receivables as soon as possible, but not later than one month after publication of the insolvency application in the Boletín Oficial del Estado (BOE).
