Chute liner material choice is an essential step during design consideration, and there are several types material are using for the chute lining, the rubber chute liner, the Chrome carbide chute liner, alumina ceramic chute liner and ZTA chute liner.
The tungsten carbide liner my company produced avoid the weakness of other material chutes liners, which can fit for small particle materials in wet working environment or material with high temperature, also can bear the high abrasive and impacts.
