Design Library Construction

The unification of CAD model base and CAE model base creatively developed by Hunan hiboridd R & D department，enables the two model bases to share a set of core parameters, so that the design department and the simulation department can quickly optimize and iterate a design, also can quickly create a pack structure simulation model and related CAD model. The efficiency is 3-5 times higher than recreating CAE model

Security Verification
Extrude the battery pack in the X and Y directions. When the extrusion reaction force reaches 100KN, the battery pack must not be fired and exploded. The weaknesses in the structure can be found and resolved in time through CAE analysis, ensure the right direction of the design, Shorten product development period and save development costs.
