Titanium has good pressure machining performance and poor cutting performance. Titanium can burn when heated in nitrogen, so titanium should be protected by argon during heating and welding.

Industrial pure titanium contains a large amount of oxygen, nitrogen, carbon and many other impurity elements (such as iron, silicon, etc.), which is essentially a titanium alloy with low alloy content.

Industrial pure titanium rod is divided into Gr1, Gr2，Gr3 and Gr4 according to its impurity content.
