MAφ159mm~φ325mm seamless tube production line which produces the seamless steel tube /seamless pipe. The main equipment includes billet band saw and conveyor units, rotary furnace (16m pitch diameter) (self-prepared by user), two conic-rolls hot piercing mill (horizontal type), Accu-Roll restraining mandrel elongator (with mandrel cooling cycling device), high-pressure descaling device(self-prepared by user), sizing mill (12-stand, φ600mm ), chain-type cooling bed, 6-roll tube straightener, finished pipe band saw and R-part profiling machine for sizing stands (self-prepared by user).

There are three basic processes for seamless pipe production line

① Punch the ingot or billet into a hollow thick-walled rough pipe on the piercing machine.

② Stretch the rough pipe to form a rough tube close to the wall thickness of the finished product.

③ Roll it into the required finished tube on the finishing mill.

The seamless tube production line machine will be fixed inside container by steel wire and special PET strap to be , in order to make sure all parts will not move during transportation and avoid any kinds of damage of machine and container.
