Thanks to its precise dimensions, the belts correctly fits into the standard pulley grooves, and the extensive size range cover all applications in industrial and agricultural market.
1.Production Features of Rubber V Belts
BINLONG V Belts are built for excellent performance. Power cables and compound are wrapped with a textile cover, and assure maximum protection against heat, oil, ozone.
BINLONG produces belts with cogs underside thereby reducing the bending resistance of the belts and allowing them to operate on pulleys with approximately 20% smaller diameters.

A. Main material NR, SBR, Polyester cord, Fabric. Aramid/kevlar available.
Q. What’s the minimum order qty?
A. Small sizes 100 pcs each size, big size (over 2500mm) could be smaller, 10 pcs - 50pcs, it depends on sizes and mould height.
Q. Can we use our brand/LOGO ?
A. Yes, we can print customers’ brands/LOGO.
Q. How to guarantee your quality?
A. All the raw material are test in lab before production, the v-belts will be run on fatigue life machine.
